Salary Information

Rocky Mountain Prep considers many factors in setting individual salaries.  These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Past performance at Rocky Mountain Prep or elsewhere.

  • Level of education.

  • Years of teaching experience.

  • Demonstrated commitment to the school.

Each year in April, teachers who have been offered a position with the school for the next year will meet with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to discuss compensation. For the current school year, teachers’ salaries range from $38,000 – $65,000 before benefits and any additional compensation.
