Rocky Mountain Prep considers many factors in setting individual salaries. These may include, but are not limited to:
Past performance at Rocky Mountain Prep or elsewhere.
Level of education.
Years of teaching experience.
Demonstrated commitment to the school.
Each year in April, teachers who have been offered a position with the school for the next year will meet with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to discuss compensation. For the current school year, teachers’ salaries range from $38,000 – $65,000 before benefits and any additional compensation.
